Limerick Pain Relief Clinic is located on O’Connell Avenue, next to St. Joseph’s Church, on the first floor above above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy. The entrance to the Pain Relief Clinic is a timber door with two steps leading up to it at the side of the pharmacy. Press the top button on the intercom system at the door. When you hear the door system buzzing, open the door and take a seat in the waiting room.

From the Ennis Road (N18)
- At the end of the dual-carriageway continue straight through the first small roundabout.
- At the second larger roundabout, take the exit marked “City Centre”.
- Continue straight along this road for a couple of miles and cross over the bridge.
- Continue straight through the first set of lights.
- At the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto O’Connell Street.
- Take the left lane on O’Connell Street and continue straight.
- Eventually you will come to a large statue and a fountain in the centre of the road.
- Continue straight past the statue/fountain.
- St. Joseph’s Church is about 50 metres past the statue on your left hand side.
- The Pain Relief Clinic is located on the first floor above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
From the Dublin Road (N7)
- You will pass through a number of roundabouts as you travel towards the city centre – follow the signs marked “Limerick” or “City Centre”.
- Continue straight through any traffic lights you meet.
- Eventually you will come to a set of traffic lights at a T-junction where you cannot continue on straight (River will also be on your right hand side).
- You turn left at these traffic lights.
- You are now on Patrick Street, continue driving straight along this street and eventually this leads onto O’Connell Street. Continue straight along O’Connell St.
- Eventually you will come to a large statue and a fountain in the centre of the road.
- Continue straight past the statue/fountain.
- St. Joseph’s Church is about 50 metres past the statue on your left hand side.
- The next building after St. Joseph’s Church is O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
- The Pain Relief Clinic is located on the first floor above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
From the Tipperary Road (N24)
- As you enter Limerick, continue straight through both roundabouts.
- Continue straight along for a couple of miles until you reach a set of traffic lights where you can only turn left.
- Immediately after turning left at these lights you are on a one-way street with two lanes. Take the right hand lane.
- This street quickly turns into three lanes. At this point take the middle lane.
- At the traffic lights turn right onto Roche’s Street. This is a one-way street with two lanes. Take the left lane.
- At the traffic lights at the end of Roche’s Street, turn left onto O’Connell Street.
- Eventually you will come to a large statue and a fountain in the centre of the road.
- Continue straight past the statue/fountain.
- St. Joseph’s Church is about 50 metres past the statue on your left hand side.
- The next building after St. Joseph’s Church is O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
- The Pain Relief Clinic is located on the first floor above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
From the Cork Road (N20)
- When you reach the dual carriageway entering Limerick, take the exit sign-posted “Galway/Shannon”.
- At the first roundabout you reach, take the exit marked “Galway/Shannon”
- At the second roundabout take the exit marked “Galway/Shannon”
- At the third roundabout take the exit marked “City Centre” (The South Court Hotel is on your left hand side at this roundabout).
- Continue straight along this road for a number of miles.
You will pass the following landmarks:- Regional Hospital (Right hand side)
- The Crescent Shopping Centre (Right hand side)
- Punch’s Pub/Hotel at the traffic lights(Left hand side)
- At the next set of traffic lights after Punch’s Pub you will see Bobby Byrne’s Pub on your right hand side. Continue straight through these traffic lights.
- At the end of this block of buildings on your right hand side you will see O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
- The Pain Relief Clinic is located on the first floor above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
From Askeaton/Kildimo/Clarina (N69)
- After you pass Mungret Village, at the first roundabout you meet take the “Cork” exit (Do not take the “City Centre” exit at this roundabout)
- Continue straight through the second roundabout.
- At the third roundabout, take the Cork exit again.
- At the fourth roundabout take the “City Centre” exit (The South Court Hotel will be on your right-hand when you reach this roundabout).
- Continue straight along this road for a number of miles.
You will pass the following landmarks:- Regional Hospital (Right hand side)

- As you exit the bus station, cross the road to walk down Davis Street. This street is between “Fine Wines” off-licence and “P McEnery” pub.
- At the end of Davis Street turn left onto Pery Street.
- On Pery Street, take the next right onto Mallow Street.
- When you reach the traffic lights on Mallow Street, turn left onto O’Connell Street.
- Eventually you will come to a large statue and a fountain in the centre of the road.
- Continue straight past the statue/fountain.
- St. Joseph’s Church is about 50 metres past the statue on your left hand side.
- The next building after St. Joseph’s Church is O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy.
